We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and customer-focused Client Care/Admin professional to join our Neurosensory team on the Gold Coast. This is a casual role primarily based at our Benowa clinic, with some flexibility to travel to nearby clinics when needed. The role will most likely include working Tuesdays and Fridays on a regular basis. Who are we? As a Client Care Representative, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic. You'll be working as part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clients Greeting clients at the clinic and updating client records Assisting with client and doctor enquiries Answering clinic phone calls and emails Providing basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices Accurate billing of appointments Other general office duties What do you need to be successful in this role? A passion for delivering an amazing client experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience Demonstrated experience working within a team environment Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services Excellent computer skills A warm, collaborative, can-do attitude Excellent problem solving skills Willingness to travel to nearby clinics, including providing sick leave and annual leave coverage as required.
